Requirements

• Excellent compensation
• Highly manageable call volume
• No medical direction responsibilities
• Work alongside a skilled, friendly, and collaborative anesthesia team
• Trauma service averages just 1–3 calls per day
• Only a small number of cases require immediate OR intervention, with most cases scheduled later with the OR team
• Practice independently within a supportive, team-oriented environment
• Favorable work-life balance

Responsibilities

• Coverage of 10+ trauma shifts per month
• Collaborate with the anesthesia team in the operating rooms to help maintain efficient workflow and support a smooth day across the department when trauma volume is light, particularly during weekday mornings.
