About The Position

Accountable for advanced practice nursing and/or clinical practice in the care of assigned patient populations. The role includes collecting and analyzing patient health data, identifying expected outcomes, developing and implementing plans of care, providing comprehensive clinical coordination and case management, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.

The APP provides consultation, uses prescriptive authority in accordance with state and federal regulations, performs procedures and treatments within scope of practice, evaluates patient progress, provides education to patients, families, and staff, and manages high-risk patient populations. The position is based at Saint Luke's Hospital Plaza and offers an opportunity to join a collaborative trauma team and gain specialized experience in trauma and acute care services. Requirements

• Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA).
• Current BLS certification.
• ATLS certification required.
• Master's degree.

Nice To Haves

• Trauma experience preferred, including at least one year of trauma practice experience.
• Emergency Department or ICU experience is highly valued.
