About The Position

Looking for a simple side job and have an open-bed pickup truck? Ally Waste is hiring Part-Time, Night Trash Collectors (Trash Valet). Earn $40 / night (not hourly) working a short evening schedule (5 nights per week). As a Trash Valet, each evening, you will collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps and take them to the community dumpster. You play an important role in helping keep apartment communities clean and running smoothly. As a trash valet, you are one of our main workers and without you, we could not meet our client's needs. You work at an apartment complex, collecting trash bags from apartment doorsteps and taking them to the dumpster. Don't worry about the mess, bags are already tied and we provide personal protective equipment (PPE). You take and email pictures for daily reports. You enjoy the physical activity of walking up and down stairs each day. Your hard work and self-motivation can lead to future management opportunities!

Requirements

• Valid Driver's License & Proof of Auto Insurance with you listed as a covered driver
• Reliable transportation – Open Bed Pickup Truck Preferred
• Smartphone
• Ability to carry up to 30lbs
• Ability to walk stairs and be active for 1-2 hours

Responsibilities

• Collect tied trash bags from apartment doorsteps
• Transport bags to the designated dumpster area
• Take and upload photos in our company app
• Follow safety guidelines using provided personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Work independently outdoors in all weather conditions
• Walk the apartment community collecting tied trash bags from residents' doorsteps
