About The Position

Affinity Waste Solutions is hiring part-time evening Trash Collectors to service residential communities in the Margate, Florida 33063 area. The role offers a guaranteed route and hours, with flat-rate pay of $20 to $65 per service night, or approximately $400 to $1,300 per month depending on community size. Team members typically work one to four hours per evening. Paid training is provided, and immediate openings are available. This is a 1099 contractor position. A pickup truck, trailer, or utility van is preferred and required transportation must be reliable.

Service is scheduled Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting at 7:00 PM, with Friday and Saturday off. The work involves collecting bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps and taking it to an on-site dumpster or compactor. Collectors walk the community, work independently, and follow company policies and safety procedures. The position offers short evening shifts, a consistent weekly schedule, outdoor activity, supplemental income, and potential opportunities to service additional communities and grow within the company.

Requirements

• Reliable transportation.
• Must have a truck, trailer, or utility van.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle insurance.

• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
