Copy of Part-Time Evening Trash Collector
About The Position
Pro Valet is hiring part-time evening Trash Collectors to service apartment communities in Allen, Texas. The role offers a consistent route and schedule, with most team members working 1 to 2 hours per evening and earning $700 to $900 per month depending on community size. Compensation is a flat rate of $32 to $42 per service night. The position is a 1099 contractor role, and paid training is provided. Work is scheduled Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting at 8:00 PM, for 1 to 4 hours per night depending on community size. Friday and Saturday are off. Service takes place outdoors at the communities, where collectors work independently and stay active. Opportunities may be available to service additional communities and increase earnings.
Requirements
- Reliable transportation.
- A truck, trailer, or utility van.
- A valid license and vehicle insurance.
- A smartphone for work communication.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to follow company policies and safety procedures.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Responsibilities
- Collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps.
- Transport waste to the on-site dumpster or compactor area.
- Walk the apartment community during service hours.
- Work independently while following company policies and safety procedures.
