About The Position

Affinity Waste Solutions is hiring Part-Time Evening Trash Collectors to service communities in the Raleigh 27713 area. This is a contractor (1099) position offering consistent evening routes and supplemental income. Most team members work 1 to 4 hours per evening and earn $400 to $1,300 per month, depending on the size of the community. Pay is a flat rate of $20 to $65 per service night, also dependent on community size. Paid training is provided, and immediate openings are available.

The schedule is Sunday through Thursday evenings, starting at 8:00 PM, with Friday and Saturday off. Workers collect bagged trash and recycling from residents’ doorsteps, transport it to the on-site dumpster or compactor area, and walk the apartment community during service hours. The role involves working independently, outdoors, while following company policies and safety procedures. A pickup truck, trailer, or utility van is required. Opportunities may be available to service additional communities and increase earnings, with potential for growth within the company.

Requirements
