As an Individualized Health Services (IHS) team member you will provide critical support to enable resident independence and quality of life. Charter House Senior Living Community is looking for an individual to transport residents/clients to a variety of appointments in a safe and efficient manner.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and human relation skills to interact with residents/clients, family members, and staff
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to adapt to unpredictable situations and stress
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience in geriatrics is preferred
Responsibilities
- Completing resident/client escort assignment in a timely manner
- Interacting politely and professionally with residents/clients, family members, and medical center staff
