Requirements
- High school education or equivalent
Nice To Haves
- Current Basic Life Support Certification strongly preferred (must complete CPR certification within 8 weeks of orientation)
Responsibilities
- Safely and effectively transports patients
- Selects and prioritizes transports according to policy
- Effectively communicates with appropriate departments regarding transport status
- Demonstrates effective communication through courteous behavior and the hospital hand-off process
