Transporter PRN
About The Position
Seeking a Transporter who, under general supervision and according to established procedures, is responsible for the timely, courteous, and competent transportation of patients throughout the Baptist Health Floyd facility via wheelchair, stretcher, or bed. This role also involves transporting specimens, equipment/supplies, messages, and parcels as designated. The Transporter performs a variety of other support services functions as needed to provide service excellence to patients, visitors, and hospital staff. This is a PRN position located in the Southern Indiana/Louisville, Kentucky area.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- BLS certification from approved BLS course required (training will be provided)
