About The Position

As our Site Manager, you’ll run the show at our customer distribution center – managing daily operations, drivers, and supervisors to keep freight moving safely and efficiently. Requirements

• Hands-on transportation/yard management experience
• Strong leadership & communication skills
• Proven ability to manage teams and improve efficiency
• Comfortable making decisions under pressure
• Tech-savvy (Microsoft Office, yard management systems)

Responsibilities

• Lead & develop a team of drivers, supervisors, and support staff
• Oversee daily yard operations, scheduling, and safety compliance
• Partner with customer transportation teams on planning & execution
• Monitor equipment, safety, and compliance (DOT/FMCSA)
• Handle driver hiring, onboarding, and performance management
• Drive efficiency improvements and keep operations on track
