Requirements

Bachelor’s degree
SAP Experience
Strong organizational skills, knowledge of MS Office Products, and a high level of initiative
Must be able to communicate effectively both written and verbal
Be extremely accurate in quality of work
Work independently
Strong problem-solving skills
Must be able to multitask and work well with others

Responsibilities

Process JLTV shippers and maintain files
Process Military shippers and maintain files
Analyze contracts for DD250 processing for Government shipments
Prepare Government Bill of Ladings and various other Military forms as necessary
Prepare commercial and international shipping documents as required
Reconcile orders for accuracy
Work with government representatives
Goods issue shipments
Interface with various departments
Coordinate pickup and deliveries when necessary
Document distribution
