As a Transportation Security Officer: Full Time Customer Support Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer at a government airport location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and provide exceptional customer service to travelers, visitors, and staff. You will communicate professionally, support a welcoming environment, and contribute through teamwork and integrity while representing Allied Universal’s agile, reliable, innovative, and caring culture.

Requirements

• 18+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• The ability to lift more than 20 lbs is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, airport personnel, and visitors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access-control protocols, and emergency response activities when appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, perimeter locations, and other assigned airport property to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points, restricted areas, and surrounding grounds; report suspicious activity, hazards, damaged property, and policy violations according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; coordinate with airport operations, law enforcement, and emergency personnel as directed.
• Prepare accurate daily activity reports, incident documentation, and shift handoff communications in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
