About The Position

As a Transportation Security Officer : Airport Patrol Field Reporting in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a government airport location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support travelers, visitors, and staff with exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• 18+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• The ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, and airport personnel by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of airport terminals, public areas, parking facilities, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations, reporting unusual conditions and maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established airport and site-specific protocols.
• Monitor access points, restricted areas, and vehicle or pedestrian activity as assigned, helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting orderly operations.
• Document observations, incidents, and activities in required reports, and communicate relevant information to supervisors, emergency responders, and airport personnel.
