As a Transportation Security Guard: Airport Patrol Condition Assessment in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, assist visitors, and provide exceptional customer service and communication. Requirements

• 18+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, visitors, employees, and airport stakeholders by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of airport terminals, roadways, parking areas, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help identify and report unusual activity, hazards, and policy violations.
• Monitor access points and restricted areas, verify authorization as required, and report unauthorized access or suspicious activity according to site procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, notifying appropriate airport personnel and/or emergency responders as directed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required logs for patrol activities, incidents, and security-related observations.
