As a Transportation Security Guard: Full Time Visibility Patrol in Honolulu, HI, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Government, and more. As an unarmed Patrol Officer at a government airport location, you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming experience for travelers, visitors, and staff. You will communicate clearly, respond to security-related concerns, and use technology to document activity. Requirements

• 18+ Years of Age
• Valid Drivers License
• Ability to use computers - basic computer knowledge
• Ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and physical exam
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.

Nice To Haves

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Ability to lift more than 20 lbs. is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to travelers, airport personnel, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established airport and government location protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of terminal areas, parking facilities, access points, perimeter areas, and other assigned locations to help deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor for suspicious activity, unsecured areas, hazards, and policy violations, and promptly report observations to appropriate personnel.
• Maintain accurate logs, incident reports, and shift documentation while communicating professionally with airport operations, law enforcement, and emergency responders as needed.
