Requirements

Familiarity with DOT regulations, Hours of Service (ELD) and Hazmat compliance.
Experience with Microsoft Office, Adobe, etc.
Two years of Transportation experience.
Good organization and prioritization skills.
Good interpersonal skills.
Good communication skills.

Nice To Haves

A CDL with TX Endorsements
The ability to Pass a DOT physical and drug screen.
Experience maintaining DOT files.
Accident/Incident investigation experience.
Some College or post-high school training.

Responsibilities

Maintaining Driver Qualification files.
Maintaining Equipment Permits (LCV, Hazmat, etc.).
Coordinate driver training (MSHA, customer site-specific).
Maintain driver expiring events calendar (driver’s licenses, DOT Physicals, etc.).
Assist in ordering specialized driver PPE.
Prepare monthly and quarterly hours reports.
Review ELD Harsh incidents and HOS.
