About The Position

The primary purpose of your job position is to be responsible for the transportation program; including transport of participants, meals, durable medical equipment, pharmacy and any other transportation as deemed necessary. Full Time, Onsite in Gaithersburg, MD. As a Transportation Supervisor at Trinity Health PACE of Montgomery County, you'll lead our transportation program with a focus on ensuring seamless movement for our participants, from transport to meals to medical equipment and beyond.

Requirements

• High School diploma required, college degree preferred.
• A minimum of one (1) year experience in working with the frail or elderly population.
• Two (2) years of administrative/supervisory experience in a transportation setting.
• Five (5) years of experience in the transportation industry.
• Experience working with elderly populations and in transportation settings.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and related software.
• Valid driver's license in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise transportation staff, overseeing hiring, training, and competency procedures.
• Collaborate within our interdisciplinary team, reporting daily participant updates and ensuring effective communication.
• Manage transportation scheduling software and daily schedules for drivers.
• Coordinate delivery of meals, medical equipment, and supplies.
• Oversee vehicle maintenance and assist in vehicle procurement.
• Ensure participant satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
