Transportation Manager
About The Position
Join Propark Mobility as a Transportation Manager in the Greater New Jersey Region. This is an on-site, full-time leadership opportunity for individuals with a background in passenger transportation who are ready to move into a management role. You will lead transportation operations, oversee drivers and fleet performance, ensure regulatory compliance, manage vehicle maintenance, conduct driver training, and partner with clients to deliver exceptional service. This role offers a clear path for growth within a rapidly expanding company, providing stability and schedule predictability compared to driving roles.
Requirements
- CDL with Passenger Endorsement (required)
- 3+ years of experience in transportation, shuttle, bus, or passenger services
- Leadership experience (supervisor, dispatcher, lead driver, or manager)
- Strong knowledge of DOT and regulatory compliance
- Ability to travel throughout the Greater NJ region
- Confident communicator who can lead teams and build client relationships
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
Nice To Haves
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
