We are seeking a qualified individual to fill the position of Transportation Group Leader in our Omaha office. As the leader of this team, you would be responsible for developing and executing strategy and providing operational oversight and leadership for the Group. Responsibilities include overseeing Federal, Aviation, and Traffic and Roadway market sectors, managing client relationships, and developing Group talent.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited college or university
- Registered Professional Engineer in the State of Nebraska
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in Federal, Aviation, and/or Transportation markets
- Strategic thinking skills and ability to implement long range plans
- Proven ability to manage, coach, and mentor team members
- Proven ability to establish and maintain client relationships, and other seller-doer skills
- Strong financial acumen and knowledge of key performance indicators
- Strong knowledge of local, state and federal regulations and permitting processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to delegate work effectively
