As a Group Leader, you are the backbone of the department’s success. You will drive safety, quality, and shipping goals through hands-on training, expert problem-solving, and a commitment to continuous improvement. We are looking for a reliable leader who works seamlessly with peers and is willing to go the extra mile—including overtime—to support the team and meet business needs.

Requirements

Minimum of one year in a leadership NPH role (two years preferred).
Must be able to learn and perform all work content on assigned teams within cycle time.
Basic English skills to effectively coordinate with team members and other departments.
A strong willingness to work overtime as required.
Must have High School Diploma or GED

Nice To Haves

Candidates with a six-month temporary leadership assignment or current Backups/Group Leaders are encouraged to apply.
Previous packing department experience and proven leadership history.
Understanding of lean tools, 1x1 problem-solving, and continuous improvement.
Strong people skills with the ability to reinforce accountability and ownership through positive employee relations.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and make timely business decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Take full ownership of safety, quality, delivery, and cost for your assigned area.
Serve as the first point of contact for picker/packer issues and provide immediate support.
Develop and audit standard work procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency.
Focus on the growth of line operators through daily coaching, training new members, and distributing manpower effectively.
Maintain 5S standards to optimize the work environment.
Use various applications (spreadsheets, scrap tracking, schedules) to monitor performance and coordinate with support departments.
