The Transportation Driver role is for a candidate who shares a passion for excellence and infuses enthusiasm into their work, with the opportunity to shape the guest experience through knowledge of the resort and embodying the Golden Rule. Work authorization is required.
Requirements
- Legal work authorization in the United States
- Availability on holidays and weekends
- Hawaii Driver’s Abstract and Public Utilities Commission's Certification
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 75lbs
- Ability to push/pull as needed during shifts
Responsibilities
- Transport guests safely across the island, including airport transfers, inter-hotel travel, trips to town, and scheduled activities
- Operate vehicles responsibly in full compliance with traffic laws, company standards, and hands-free communication requirements
- Deliver a professional arrival and departure experience with punctual service, attentive luggage handling, and door-to-door assistance
- Maintain clean, well-prepared vehicles, including setting appropriate music and temperature for a comfortable ride
- Communicate clearly with guests regarding routes and timing while delivering a welcoming, polished, and service-focused experience
- Collaborate with administrative and cross-property teams to ensure seamless, coordinated transportation from pick-up to drop-off
