Gordon Food Service is looking for a Dispatcher to join their logistics team at the Distribution Center located at 3301 NW 125th St, Miami FL. This role is focused on planning and maintaining efficient transportation routes. The dispatcher will be responsible for assisting in driver scheduling, routing and scheduling orders for customers, and more. Strong customer service skills are essential as the role involves constant communication with drivers, customers, and leadership. Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent required
Proficient in Google Sheets and Excel
Experienced with desktop applications including spreadsheets, word processing, email, internet, traffic routing, and Hours of Service systems
Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Must be 18 years of age or older
