About The Position
A multi-state design firm is seeking a Transportation Design Lead Engineer to join their team in Little Rock, Arkansas. This role involves leading transportation-related projects such as urban/rural highways, interchanges, and municipal highways. The engineer will use their technical expertise to guide the team and mentor junior staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering
- 6+ years of roadway/highway design experience
- PE License
- Knowledge of MicroStation and/or AutoCAD Civil 3D
Nice To Haves
- Arkansas DOT and/or Arkansas municipality projects experience preferred
Responsibilities
