Requirements

• Three (3) year minimum PennDOT experience as a Transportation Construction Inspector Supervisor 1 (TCIS-1) or higher
• PennDOT Concrete Technician Certification, NECEPT Field Technician Certification, or NICET Level III or IV Certification in Highway Construction.

Responsibilities

• Managing a large inspection staff and all project documentation including daily reports, change orders, pay items and schedules.
• Coordinating with contractors and making sure work follows plans, specifications and contract requirements.
• Tracking progress and resolving delays and cost issues.
• Resolve construction problems/issues with contractor.
