Transportation Clerk
About The Position
We are a 24/7 operations open on weekends, holidays, and overnight! Position Responsibilities: Responsible for performing administrative tasks and load diagramming in support of the transportation and warehouse departments, such as completing load diagrams in Syntellic that support efficiency and safety Collect and prepare information for various operational reports, data entry tasks including word processing and spreadsheet applications Work closely with other employees to assure that the company’s business is executed in the most efficient and effective manner Assist with processing orders, producing, and reconciling delivery documents, and service performance tracking Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree with 1 to 2 plus years of related experience
- Occasionally required to lift/carry materials/product weighing up to 50 lbs
