About The Position

The Transportation Cleaning Attendant maintains a presentable and sanitary environment for patrons and passengers by inspecting, sanitizing, and cleaning the University’s fleet and transit vehicles daily. The position is on campus and supports campus customers. Applicants must be available to work on campus at an elevation of 7,220 feet.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Valid driver’s license and a motor vehicle record compliant with the Driving for University Business SAP.
• Reliable and dependable.
• Able to work with limited supervision.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Exceptional time-management skills.
• Intermediate computer skills.
• Must be available to work on campus.

Nice To Haves

• Previous cleaning experience.
• Knowledge of proper chemical safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly inspect fleet and transit vehicles daily.
• Sanitize and clean vehicle interior windows, seats, dashboards, walls, ceilings, floors, and other high-touch areas.
• Clean the exterior of vehicles.
