About The Position
Western Home Communities is hiring a Transportation Assistant! Help us safely and efficiently transport residents to and from medical appointments while providing a positive, enjoyable experience. This role offers the opportunity to build meaningful connections with individuals during each transport.
Requirements
- Chauffeur’s License
- Clean driving record meeting insurance requirements
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
Nice To Haves
- CDL with Passenger Endorsement
- High School Diploma
Responsibilities
- Provide punctual, high-quality transportation for residents to appointments, events, and activities
- Complete all required service documentation accurately and promptly
- Assist residents with safe loading/unloading, including medical equipment
- Interact with residents in a friendly, respectful, and positive manner
