The Transportation Technology Integration Specialist is an entry-level role focused on configuring systems for new and existing dedicated accounts, analyzing customer needs, and responding to them. This position collaborates with Process Improvement, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure successful customer onboarding and account maintenance.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain/Logistics or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, multitasking, customer-focused environment
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, written, and organizational skills
• A strong sense of urgency and the ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities

• Working closely with Operations and customers to successfully onboard new customers and maintain existing business
• Responding to and assisting users with system-related questions and concerns
• Providing hands-on workforce training
• Reviewing, developing, and analyzing existing system processes, and offering suggestions for improvement
• Performing ad hoc projects and analytics as required by Operations leadership
