Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Valid Kansas Driver’s License and clean driving record required
  • Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) and CPR Certification required
  • Must pass a physical exam and meet vaccination and TB screening requirements
  • Strong communication skills and patience in working with senior populations

Nice To Haves

  • High school diploma or GED preferred
  • Previous office or clerical experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport residents to medical appointments, scheduled events, or errands
  • Assist residents with boarding and exiting vehicles, securing seatbelts, personal items, and wheelchairs
  • Provide support during appointments, including remaining with residents when necessary
  • Communicate clearly with residents regarding transportation schedules and appointment reminders
  • Monitor and maintain vehicle condition, cleanliness, and report any maintenance needs
  • Deliver resident packages, messages, or assist with errands as needed
  • Assist with minor clerical tasks, including answering phones and taking messages
  • Observe and report resident condition changes to appropriate licensed staff
  • Provide Concierge support when needed
  • Follow all infection control and safety protocols
  • Perform other duties as assigned
