About The Position

At OPENLANE, we make wholesale easy so our customers can be more successful. We are seeking individuals to fill the role of Casual Driver in our transportation department. If you have a passion for driving, a strong sense of responsibility, and a desire to work in a collaborative environment, this opportunity is for you. This role involves safely delivering and picking up vehicles, ensuring secure and timely transportation, and contributing to a positive team environment through effective communication and teamwork. You will also use and navigate through the Draiver app, accurately inputting data pre/post delivery, and potentially using Uber or other ride-share services. Ensuring vehicle road-worthiness through pre-trip safety checks, including tires, fuel, lights, signals, and brakes, is also a key responsibility. Additionally, you may be required to assist with boosting vehicles, checking fluids, airing up tires, and fueling vehicles as needed for transportation.

Requirements

• Possession of a valid G driver's license (manual driving capability) with a clean record.
• Adaptability to work in different weather; occasional need to remove snow from vehicles for inclement weather, operate in the rain, and other weather conditions.
• Proficiency in driving a wide range of vehicle brands and models.
• Occasionally available to work Saturdays depending on business needs.

Responsibilities
