As a Senior Manager, you will work with a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, leading projects to help clients solve complex business issues and deliver enterprise-wide transformation.

Requirements

  • Experience of scoping and leading transformation programmes in the Transport Sector.
  • Experience of operating model design and implementation / transformation programme management / transformation communications and engagement / change and adoption management.
  • Experience of interpreting clients’ strategic, operational and external drivers for change, gaining respect, building trust and inspiring stakeholders.
  • Ability to forecast costs and manage to programme timelines and budget.
  • Understanding of transformation opportunities in the Transport sector and general factors for designing and implementing complex transformation programmes.
  • Experience in developing requirements across process, people, organisation, technology and information.
  • Ability to articulate the business benefits of adopting digital and cloud technologies as part of wider transformations.
  • Successful track record of delivery leadership in Government and Transport sectors as a consultant or working directly in the sector.

Responsibilities

  • Managing the design and delivery of iconic, technology-enabled transformation programmes for large public sector clients in the UK.
  • Contributing to the development of the market for large scale transformation delivery, identifying and researching opportunities with new/existing clients and helping to bring new offers to market.
  • Helping to grow the multi-specialism Enterprise Transformation team, developing tools and techniques to help clients transform their ways of working and secure better outcomes.
  • Leading on the management of engagement economics, risk and issue management, performance, project and programme management.
  • Owning senior stakeholder relationships to support engagement delivery and build market networks.
