As a Senior Manager, you will work with a team of problem solvers with extensive consulting and industry experience, leading projects to help clients solve complex business issues and deliver enterprise-wide transformation.

Requirements

Experience of scoping and leading transformation programmes in the Transport Sector.
Experience of operating model design and implementation / transformation programme management / transformation communications and engagement / change and adoption management.
Experience of interpreting clients’ strategic, operational and external drivers for change, gaining respect, building trust and inspiring stakeholders.
Ability to forecast costs and manage to programme timelines and budget.
Understanding of transformation opportunities in the Transport sector and general factors for designing and implementing complex transformation programmes.
Experience in developing requirements across process, people, organisation, technology and information.
Ability to articulate the business benefits of adopting digital and cloud technologies as part of wider transformations.
Successful track record of delivery leadership in Government and Transport sectors as a consultant or working directly in the sector.

Responsibilities

Managing the design and delivery of iconic, technology-enabled transformation programmes for large public sector clients in the UK.
Contributing to the development of the market for large scale transformation delivery, identifying and researching opportunities with new/existing clients and helping to bring new offers to market.
Helping to grow the multi-specialism Enterprise Transformation team, developing tools and techniques to help clients transform their ways of working and secure better outcomes.
Leading on the management of engagement economics, risk and issue management, performance, project and programme management.
Owning senior stakeholder relationships to support engagement delivery and build market networks.
