Transmit Core Developer
About The Position
Genesis10 is currently seeking a Transmit Core Developer for a remote or hybrid position with a Major Financial Institution located in Brooklyn, OH. This is a 6+ month contract opportunity. This role is focused on designing, developing, configuring, and supporting customer identity and authentication solutions leveraging the Transmit Security and Mosaic Platforms. The ideal candidate will partner with cybersecurity, digital banking, fraud, authentication, and application development teams to deliver secure, frictionless customer onboarding and login experiences, with a focus on identity orchestration, passwordless authentication, MFA, and risk-based authentication.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Cybersecurity, or related field
- 8+ years of Transmit Core Development experience
- 10+ years of software development experience
- Experience with Transmit Security and Mosaic Platform
- REST APIs, OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), SAML
- Java, JavaScript, .NET, or similar enterprise development platforms
- Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Customer Identity and Access Management (CIAM)
- MFA, FIDO2, WebAuthn, Passkeys
- API security, token management, and encryption technologies
- Cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, or hybrid environments)
- Agile development and DevSecOps practices
Nice To Haves
- Banking or financial services experience
- Customer authentication and fraud prevention solutions
- Customer onboarding/KYC integrations
- Identity orchestration platforms
- Experience with vendor platforms such as Okta
- Security certifications such as CISSP, IAM certifications, or cloud certifications are a plus
Responsibilities
- Design and implement authentication and identity management solutions using Transmit Security
- Build and maintain customer identity journeys, registration flows, login flows, MFA enrollment, and account recovery processes
- Integrate Transmit Security APIs and SDKs into web and mobile banking applications
- Configure identity orchestration workflows and adaptive authentication policies
- Support passkey and passwordless authentication initiatives
- Collaborate with fraud, risk, cybersecurity, and digital banking teams to improve customer security and user experience
- Troubleshoot authentication issues, integration defects, and production incidents
- Participate in architecture reviews and ensure compliance with security and banking standards
- Create technical documentation, support procedures, and implementation standards
- Assist with vendor engagement and platform upgrades
