Transmission Project Development Supervisor We have an opening for a Transmission Project Development Supervisor. The Transmission Project Development Supervisor leads the Transmission Project Development team and supports the permitting and regulatory compliance of transmission line projects. This role ensures appropriate resources and oversight are in place and provides leadership and guidance to Transmission Project Developers and Senior Transmission Project Developers to support consistent project delivery.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, business, or a related field.
  • Five to seven years of experience in transmission project development or related utility infrastructure projects.
  • Working knowledge of transmission line permitting and environmental compliance requirements in South Dakota, North Dakota, and Minnesota.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • A valid driver’s license.
  • Ability to travel, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities

  • Leads the Transmission Project Development team.
  • Supports the permitting and regulatory compliance of transmission line projects.
  • Ensures appropriate resources and oversight are in place.
  • Provides leadership and guidance to Transmission Project Developers and Senior Transmission Project Developers to support consistent project delivery.
