  • Interest in applying AI-assisted workflows, coding tools, and automation to improve study efficiency and reduce manual work.
  • Familiarity with due diligence for project acquisition or commercial transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Perform system-wide transmission analysis to identify and prioritize development in low-cost, high-capacity grid areas.
  • Evaluate congestion patterns and basis risk to guide project siting and portfolio strategy.
  • Lead and manage interconnection applications and queue positions during cluster study phases in PJM and/or MISO.
  • Analyze and review ISO interconnection study reports to identify potential errors and cost-saving opportunities, and develop alternative scenarios to strengthen the project queue portfolio.
  • Support congestion and deliverability screening, including ILTTR, FTR, TSR, basis-risk, and other market-relevant transmission analyses where applicable.
  • Conduct or support Transmission Service Request studies related to NRIS needs, battery charging, deliverability, and other project-specific transmission service requirements.
  • Conduct power-flow analysis to support project development and M&A evaluations.
  • Participate in ISO stakeholder processes, meetings, and working groups to stay aligned with queue reforms and changes.
  • Develop, maintain, or support automation scripts and repeatable workflows for model processing, data analysis, quality checks, result validation, and reporting.
