This position provides personal care services or accommodations to clients enrolled in the Transition to Independence Process (TIP) program. This can include planning and leading skill development groups, assisting with meal preparation, supervising the self-administration of medication and assisting with activities of daily living. This position is full-time and second shift, working from 2:45pm-11:00pm and has a rotating 2-week schedule. For the first week, work days are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday. For the second week, work days are Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday with a mandatory staff meeting every Thursday from 3:00pm-4:30pm.
