We’re looking for a strong, compassionate, and accountable Transitional Services Supervisor to lead our re-entry services team and help drive meaningful outcomes for the members we serve. In this role, you’ll oversee Transitional Services Re-Entry Specialists and Peer Coaches, support day-to-day service delivery, and partner across departments to ensure high-quality, member-centered care. You’ll balance leadership, operations, staff development, and performance oversight—all while helping people rebuild stability, dignity, and forward momentum in their lives. This role is ideal for someone who: Is passionate about re-entry work, recovery support, and helping individuals build a successful path forward after incarceration or major life disruption Leads with both compassion and accountability, and knows how to support staff while holding a high bar for performance Thrives in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment where strong judgment, flexibility, and follow-through matter Can coach, develop, and supervise team members while effectively addressing boundaries, performance concerns, and operational needs Understands how to balance member advocacy, staff leadership, documentation oversight, and program compliance Wants a leadership role that is both deeply meaningful and highly impactful.
