The Transitional Living Program (TLP) Coordinator provides strategic leadership to ensure the effective delivery of services and compliance with all grant requirements. This role directly supports at-risk youth, ages 14–24, in building the life skills necessary for independent living, self-sufficiency, and healthy decision-making. The TLP Coordinator plays a critical leadership role in driving execution and delivering impactful outcomes for young people transitioning to independence. This position ensures youth receive consistent access to housing, education, vocational support, and life skills development through the coordination of grant-compliant services, staff leadership, and strategic community engagement. With a focus on clear expectations (Clarity), targeted mentoring (Knowledge), and timely accountability (Execution), the coordinator empowers the team to implement solutions that equip youth for long-term success in education, employment, and independent living. By applying a trauma-informed and person-centered approach, the coordinator ensures that services are delivered with dignity, respect, and a focus on measurable impact.
