About The Position

Primrose School of South Charlotte is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated Full-Time Transitional Kindergarten (T/K) Teacher to join their collaborative, supportive team. As a T/K Teacher, you will guide young learners through a critical developmental bridge, fostering curiosity, confidence, and joy. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Education (Early Childhood, Elementary, or related field preferred).
Strong classroom management capabilities and exceptional interpersonal/communication skills.
A genuine passion for nurturing, guiding, and educating young children during their foundational years.
Early Childhood experience required.

Responsibilities

Cultivate a safe, nurturing, and stimulating classroom environment tailored to T/K students.
Deliver prior-designed, age-appropriate lesson plans through our digital learning platform to inspire cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
Model and implement positive behavioral management techniques to foster emotional intelligence and mutual respect.
Build strong, trusting partnerships with families and collaborate effectively with fellow staff and leadership.
Engage in ongoing professional development and training provided by the school.
