About The Position

Coordinate and assure continuity of services necessary for a client’s success in the Transitional Housing Program through case management and counseling. Provide assessment, monitoring, planning, linkage and advocacy for the most appropriate services for clients enrolled. Effectively maintain and manage assigned caseload contingent on needs, strengths, and abilities of the client served. Adheres to all agency and grant requirements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Counseling or Related Field
Valid Driver’s License
1-5 years’ experience working with families in crisis
Experience working with DV Victims
3-5 years of job-related experience.
Strong Project Management and personal workflow skills.
Proficient in Microsoft office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
40 Hour DV Training
Work autonomously and productively
Highly organized, strong attention to detail
Commitment to non-violence within families and homes
Problem Solver, team member and sound judgement
Outstanding leadership, interpersonal and problem- solving skills.
Must have the ability to create a comprehensive plan and follow through on each detail.
This person must be highly organized, have excellent relationship building skills and experience, and enjoy a fast-paced work environment.

Nice To Haves

Experience in residential setting/group home
Bilingual, Spanish speaking and writing
