About The Position

Independence Home Health LLC is hiring a compassionate, dependable, and flexible Transitional Aide to support clients during transitions in care. The role includes assisting with activities of daily living as needed and within the scope of the position, following care plans and agency policies, and helping promote client comfort, safety, and independence. The aide communicates with supervisors, caregivers, and other care-team members and adapts to changing client needs and schedules.

This position requires exceptional scheduling flexibility and availability around the clock (24/7) to cover unexpected staff absences, accommodate new client needs, and fill shifts on short notice. Shifts may include evenings, weekends, and occasional overnights. The role offers guaranteed 40 hours per week and pays $18.00 per hour.
