We are seeking a strategic, results-driven Transition Manager to lead high-visibility program transition initiatives supporting secure, mission-critical federal operations in the Washington, DC metro area. As Transition Manager, you will be the architect of operational continuity during critical program transitions. Your leadership will ensure seamless service delivery, safeguard client operations, and position DMI for long-term program excellence. Your impact will directly influence: Client confidence and stakeholder trust Operational stability during high-visibility change periods Team cohesion and onboarding effectiveness Long-term program performance and contract success This is a leadership role with direct exposure to senior program management and federal clients. You will own and execute all transition-in planning and mobilization activities, ensuring zero service disruption and full operational readiness. Within your first 90 days, you will have: Executed a seamless transition with uninterrupted service delivery Established trusted relationships with key federal stakeholders Built a fully onboarded, aligned, and mission-ready team Implemented structured governance and risk controls that support steady-state operations Long term, you will be recognized as a go-to leader for complex, secure transitions within DMI’s federal portfolio.
