About The Position
MSX International, a learning partner to a global automotive manufacturer, is seeking a hands-on expert to lead the six-month transition from Cypher Learning to the current release of SAP SuccessFactors Learning. The role combines SAP SuccessFactors Learning subject-matter expertise with implementation execution, coordination, and project-management discipline. The lead will configure the platform, validate migrated learner records, and coordinate the transition through testing, go-live, and handover.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience implementing or administering SAP SuccessFactors Learning.
- Proven LMS data migration experience, including validation and reconciliation of learner records and learning history.
- Experience taking at least one LMS implementation or platform transition through go-live.
- Experience coordinating plans, dependencies, risks, and stakeholder decisions on a technology project.
- Clear written and verbal communication skills for communicating with administrators through executives.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

- SAP SuccessFactors Learning certification, PMP, or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Configure SAP SuccessFactors Learning, including learning items, curricula, certification paths, assignment profiles, assessments, instructor-led training, notifications, user roles, and permissions.
- Define test scenarios; review migrated learner records, learning history, and certifications; and reconcile exceptions with data owners.
- Plan and run user acceptance testing for learner journeys, assignment logic, certifications, and administrator permissions.
- Track defects through retesting and closure.
- Coordinate the transition plan, dependencies, risks, decisions, and status reporting with LMS administrators, business owners, and IT.
- Support cutover planning, go-live readiness, and hypercare.
- Document configuration and procedures and transfer knowledge to the long-term LMS administrator.
