About The Position

Midland Transport is currently seeking a Transition Lead in Dieppe, NB. The Transition Lead is a leadership role in the Transformation Program, responsible for leading the end‑to‑end deployment and rollout strategy across the terminal network. This role ensures the successful transition from Build to Deploy by defining and executing a structured, repeatable deployment model that enables consistent, operationally ready rollouts across Operations. The Transition Lead ensures deployment activities are executed with discipline, operational rigor, and minimal disruption to the business. They are responsible for terminal readiness across people, process, data, and technology dimensions, and for driving go‑live, hypercare, stabilization, and value realization through embedded process and daily management. This role partners closely with the Program Manager, Product Owners, Change Management, Training, and Operations stakeholders to align deployment execution with program priorities, governance milestones, and business outcomes—ensuring each wave delivers measurable value.
