About The Position

This position has primary responsibility for mental health services and case management services to clients and their families within Stars Community Services. The IHOT team provides outreach and engagement services to disengaged TAY (transitional ages youth) Transitional Age Youth (TAY) from Ages 18-25 years. The IHOT team is comprised of a staff of peer advocates who use their lived experience to help them connect with disengaged youth. The team lead provides clinical oversight to this dedicated staff. Provided community-based services throughout Alameda County.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Must be enrolled in an Associate’s program
  • Valid California Driver’s License
  • Current automobile insurance
  • Must maintain a driving record that meets the company driver's eligibility policy.

Nice To Haves

  • Supervision for BBS hours for AMFT, ACSW, and APCC professionals (where applicable).
