Kimley-Horn is seeking Planning graduates to join their Transit team in their new South San Francisco office, opening in Q4 of 2026. This is an on-site position. The role involves contributing to the pre-construction planning, modification, permitting, and analysis for various projects. The analyst will solve complex problems, support project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to realize client visions. Responsibilities include developing familiarity with relevant regulations and company/client practices, evaluating development proposals for zoning compliance, preparing planning and land use studies, and coordinating with municipal and state agencies. The position offers exposure to diverse project experiences serving both public and private sectors.
