Transfusion Medicine Pathologist - North Carolina
About The Position
This is a full-time position for a Transfusion Medicine Pathologist at a hospital facility in North Carolina. The assignment is for 6 months, with a potential start date between July and December 2026. The role involves working Monday-Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, and requires managing 20-22 patients per day. Key responsibilities include performing procedures in Transfusion Medicine and Blood Bank. Credentialing will take approximately 6 weeks. The facility utilizes the EPIC EMR system. A clean and active North Carolina medical license is required, along with BLS certification through AHA. The ideal candidate will have experience as a clinical pathologist.
