About The Position
Transformation Waco seeks passionate and knowledgeable individuals to join our STEAM education team in two key roles: STEAM Tutor and Lead STEAM Tutor. Both positions involve inspiring students through hands-on learning in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics. The Lead Tutor will take on additional leadership responsibilities, including mentoring fellow tutors and supporting program development.
Requirements

- Inspiring students through hands-on learning in Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics
- Mentoring fellow tutors and supporting program development (for Lead Tutor role)
Responsibilities
- Work with local organization(s) or community partners
- Provide excellent customer service as a representative of the University
- May assist with planning, organizing, and implementing community services or programs
- May assist with various projects, activities or tasks related to community projects
- May contribute to developing and maintaining good relationships with internal and external partners
- May serve as a source to provide information about resources and assistance related to community program(s) or service(s)
- May serve to enhance outreach for the greater Waco community
- Ensure confidentiality of all pertinent information
- May prepare and present information in a group or workshop setting
- Perform all other duties as assigned to support Baylor’s mission
- Ability to comply with University policies
- Maintain regular and punctual attendance
