Transformation Strategist (US Based - Remote)

Duvo Inc
$180,000 - $220,000Remote

About The Position

Duvo is building the Enterprise Execution OS, a shared layer that understands how work really runs, carries it across existing systems, and measures the business result. Their agents perform critical work, gathering evidence, making decisions within agreed rules, routing exceptions, and updating source systems, while keeping people in control where judgment or approval is needed. Every solution comes with a contracted 5x ROI guarantee, starting with a single recurring process and a clear outcome. As a Transformation Strategist, you will own the day-to-day momentum of an enterprise transformation. You will partner with a Senior Transformation Strategist and Forward Deployed Engineers on live enterprise accounts, acting as the consistent point of contact for the customer. Your role involves understanding the process deeply, managing the workstream cadence, and translating senior guidance into actionable analysis, decisions, materials, and change initiatives. While the Senior Transformation Strategist manages the executive relationship and overall direction, you will be responsible for the operating rhythm and execution quality, escalating issues as needed. This is a hands-on consulting role for individuals with approximately 3-5 years of client-facing consulting experience, typically at the Consultant/Associate to Project Leader/Engagement Manager level from firms like McKinsey, BCG, or Bain, who are eager to engage deeply with the work.

Requirements

  • Currently operating from Consultant/Associate through Project Leader/Engagement Manager level at McKinsey, BCG or Bain.

  • Comfort working with messy data and incomplete information.
  • Ability to build concise, numerate, and decision-ready analyses and slides.
  • Desire to stay close to the work after the initial analysis phase.
  • Ability to run a reliable customer cadence, follow through on actions, identify issues, and help resolve them.
  • Strong listening skills, ability to ask direct questions, and clear communication with individuals at various organizational levels.
  • Willingness to ask for help when needed.
  • Ability to work effectively without a large team or a polished playbook.
  • Serious use of AI in personal work.
  • Clear writing skills.
  • Taking responsibility for the quality of customer-facing output.

  • Early-stage company experience (through a role, internship, founding project, or close work with a startup).
  • Experience in retail, CPG, supply chain, logistics, inventory, or finance operations.

Responsibilities

  • Own the workstream fact base by gathering information through interviews, data analysis, and understanding workarounds.
  • Build a fact base that identifies losses in cost, cash, service, cycle time, or control.
  • Develop sharp analyses, decision documents, and slides to facilitate clear choices, ensuring accuracy in baselines, assumptions, and evidence.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Transformation Strategist to create practical roadmaps from diagnostic findings, defining immediate actions, decision-making authority for agents, control measures, and ownership.
  • Manage the weekly operating cadence with customer teams, including preparing sessions, tracking actions and decisions, ensuring commitments are met, and surfacing blockers.
  • Ensure new processes are clearly defined for user adoption.
  • Work alongside Forward Deployed Engineers during solution implementation, maintaining alignment between business needs, technical delivery, and customer adoption.
  • Assist in establishing baseline, target, and measurement windows before implementation.
  • Track progress, investigate deviations, and generate evidence of results for financial and operational stakeholders.
  • Build analysis, materials, and follow-through to support commercial negotiations and senior stakeholder conversations.
  • Own relationships with the customer team at the working level.

Benefits

  • Total on-target compensation (base salary plus target bonus) of $180,000–$220,000.
  • Meaningful equity, with flexibility in the balance between cash and ownership.
  • 401(k) with a 5% company match.
  • Flexible company-funded support for medical, dental and vision coverage, with plan choice and the option to cover dependents.
