About The Position

Senior consulting engagement supporting the continuous improvement and agile transformation of a large, business-critical finance platform organisation serving a large internal user base across several entities of an international group. The assignment combines organisational transformation, agile coaching, mentoring, and hands-on Scrum Master support to improve delivery effectiveness, team collaboration, stakeholder alignment, transparency, predictability, and agile ways of working. The consultant will work across multiple teams, stakeholders, and organisational dependencies with Product Owners, Solution Managers, Scrum Masters, development teams, management, and leadership. A key objective is to develop and mentor internal Scrum Masters and strengthen long-term agile capability in-house. Deliverables include an assessment of agile maturity and improvement opportunities, a prioritised transformation roadmap, a coaching and development plan for internal Scrum Masters, improved delivery and collaboration practices, facilitated workshops and continuous-improvement initiatives, recommendations for sustainable agile governance and team operating models, and knowledge transfer. The engagement is scheduled to start on 1 November 2026 and run for seven months, with a possible extension. Workload is 160 hours per month. The description gives Vienna, Austria, as the location and specifies a hybrid arrangement with one on-site day per month; it also states at the end that this is a remote position. English is the working language, and one consultant is sought. Methods include Scrum, Agile software development, Kanban, Lean, SAFe, change-management processes, performance systems analysis, and agile operating-model design. The platform and tooling context includes SAP applications, Planview LeanKit, and PSOS; awareness of communications security requirements is expected.
