About The Position

The role serves as the connective tissue across three key pillars: Governance, Process Excellence, and Digital Investment Portfolio. The Transformation Project Manager will be responsible for program-managing each of these pillars and, critically, the hand-offs between them. This ensures process ownership, investment decisions, and execution share a single line of sight. The role involves coordinating the enterprise governance framework, maintaining RASCI, decision rights, and operating cadence. It also includes program-managing GPO Council forums, stewarding the GPO Readiness Journey, operationalizing the 'Process First, Then Digital' methodology, and tracking improvement initiatives. Additionally, the role connects investment to process value, manages the digital investment portfolio, and tracks benefits realization.

Requirements

  • Proven transformation / program / project management experience driving complex, cross-functional initiatives at enterprise scale.
  • Experience delivering process, operating-model, or digital-transformation programs ideally in a process-led or GPO context.
  • Track record of delivering through influence in a matrixed environment without formal authority.
  • Strong project/program management discipline — planning, dependency and risk management, status reporting
  • Working fluency in process architecture, maturity models, and KPI frameworks.
  • Portfolio/investment governance literacy sufficient to track and connect investment to process value.
  • Excellent facilitation and executive communication

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the enterprise governance framework — maintain the RASCI, decision rights, and operating cadence across eGPO, fGPO and Value Stream Leads.
  • Program-manage the GPO Council forums (Quarterly L1, Monthly L2 BPO): agendas, pre-reads, action logs, and follow-through on decisions.
  • Steward the GPO Readiness Journey (Gates 0–6) — maintain a holistic view of each value chain's gate status and drive the actions that close gaps.
  • Operationalize “Process First, Then Digital” by making sure processes are standardized and mature before automation is proposed.
  • Track improvement initiatives through the gating process and surface blockers early.
  • Program-manage prioritization inputs and the run-vs-innovate view for governance forums.
  • Track benefits realization and value validation, coordinating quarterly benefits reviews in the GPO Councils.
  • Build and maintain the master plan, milestones, and dependencies that sequence all four pillars as one program.
  • Drive the operating rhythm — forums, stand-ups, and reviews with agendas, decisions logged, and actions closed.
  • Maintain scorecards, RAID logs, and status reporting that leadership can consume at a glance.
  • Surface risks early, escalate with options, and drive resolution across teams you do not own.
  • Create the decks, templates, trackers, and workshop materials that move the model forward.
  • Align eGPO, fGPOs, Value Stream Leads, and Digital through facilitation and influence, not authority.
